Do I need to be a client?
No. If you are one, the clients you introduce count the same.
Do I get a link to share?
No, and you do not need one. A person tags the client to you at onboarding. Tell us who in writing, or have them name you in their first message. If two people name the same client, the first written introduction counts.
Does my client pay more because of me?
Your 30% comes out of our fee.
What does my client get?
What any client gets, accounts free to open and the deals on our offers page.
What if a client pauses and comes back?
The tag stays and your 30% starts again.
What if my client takes a voucher?
Vouchers come off the fee before we work out your 30%. Say a client pays $6,000 in fees in a month and $1,500 of voucher lands on their account. Your line is $4,500 × 30% = $1,350. A big voucher can take a line below zero for that month, and the minus comes off what you are owed. We would rather you read that here than on your first statement.
What if my client is on a Fixed Plan?
You get 30% of the monthly plan price. That is $89.70 a month on the $299 plan and $239.70 on the $799 plan.
I signed up for your old referral deal. What happens now?
Apply here and the clients you introduce from now on run at 30%. Anything from before stays on the terms you signed up to.
