If you came looking for someone to run your Snapchat ads, that isn't us. You run the ads, we give you the account, and your pixel, Public Profile and catalog stay yours.

On Snapchat the yes goes to you, the advertiser, not to the account.

Some sites sell Snapchat accounts as pre-approved for this or that. Snap doesn't work that way. For the categories below it approves the advertiser, with its own form and its own proof, so no provider can hand you that with a login.

A $200 reason to finally test Snapchat.

It sits on the test list for months because no budget ever moves to it. First top up of at least $1,000, $2,000 spent in 30 days, and $200 lands on your ad account.

  • One voucher per company, per platform, every 12 months.
  • For new clients, or for a platform you have not run with us yet.
  • Starter needs a first top up of at least $1,000.
  • On vouchers above $1,000, half lands when you hit the spend and half after 30 more days of active spend.
  • Use it within 60 days of landing on your account.
  • A voucher is ad balance from us. It is not cash and it does not convert back to money.

How you get in.

Snapchat doesn't share ad accounts between organizations, so the door works the other way round. You join our organization as a member and get a role on your account. Then you share your Public Profile, your pixel and your catalog from your organization to ours.

Nothing changes owner. Your pixel stays in your organization, and we only use what you share.

Do this before launch, not after. Without a Public Profile linked your ads won't start, and Sponsored Snaps need one with a profile photo.

Have these ready

  • The email for your invite
  • Public Profile ID, with a photo
  • Pixel ID
  • Catalog ID, if you run catalog ads

Snap can reject an ad for any reason it likes.

That's close to its own wording. The policy reserves the right to remove any ad, user feedback included, and to suspend accounts tied to advertisers who break the rules. So a creative that ran fine for weeks can be gone in an afternoon.

  1. 1
You hear it from a person.Your manager has a name and a Telegram. You hear it with what the platform told us, not a ticket number.
  2. 2
We go after the review. We read why it happened, fix what can be fixed and resubmit with you.
  3. 3
Free to replace. If the account can't come back, you get a new one at no charge.

The misunderstandings, cleared up.

Do you run my Snapchat ads?

No. You run them. We give you the account, and you keep the creative, the targeting and the budget decisions.

Are your accounts pre-approved for regulated categories?

No account is. On Snapchat the approval goes to the advertiser, so you apply and we tell you what Snap needs. See the table above.

Does anything of mine end up belonging to you?

No. You share your pixel, Public Profile and catalog with our organization, and they stay in yours.

How do top ups work?

They go through your manager, and you see where your balance went.

How quickly can I start?

We haven't measured it on Snapchat, so we won't print a number. Ask in chat and you get a date.

I keep getting ads rejected. Will an agency account help?

Not by itself. Snap reviews your ad the same way on any account. We read the reason with you and tell you what to change. Snap is strict on anything aimed at younger users, and weight loss ads must target 18+.

Tell us what you run and we'll tell you who files what.

Pick your vertical and your monthly spend. If Snap wants something from you, you hear it before you top up.
