What's the catch?
You have to reach the spend inside the window. Miss it and there is no voucher, and your fee stays what it was. On vouchers above $1,000, half lands when you hit the spend and half after 30 more days of active spend. It is ad balance with 60 days to use it, so it only pays if you keep running.
Is this a TikTok or Snapchat promotion?
No. We issue these vouchers ourselves, on our own terms. TikTok and Snapchat run their own offers for brand-new advertisers, with their own rules, and those are a separate thing.
Can I take the $200 now and a Scale Voucher later?
Not on the same ad platform. It's one voucher per company, per platform, every 12 months, so if you expect to reach a Scale ticket, ask for that one from the start.
Why do the fees say from?
Because the number depends on your vertical and your monthly volume. You get your exact fee in chat before your first deposit.
Is there a minimum spend?
Starter asks for a first top up of $1,000. For the rest, tell us what you run and we give you the figure in chat.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Only if you want one. The Fixed Plan is the flat option on TikTok and Snapchat, up to $30k a month per ad platform. On percentage plans you pay nothing until your first deposit. The fee comes out of each deposit.
Where does my money sit?
On the Adtucon Platform it sits in your team's wallet until you allocate it to ad accounts. In the panel, your balance is what you recharged minus what you allocated to accounts. A top down moves unspent budget from a live account back to that balance. If you want to know what happens to unspent money when you stop, ask a person before you top up.
