Partner Program Terms

1. Who can join

You need to be at least 18 and able to sign a contract, as a person or as a company. You apply through the form on the Partners page. A person at Adtucon reads it and tells you whether you are in. Joining costs nothing.

2. Who counts as your client

A client counts as yours when they are new to Adtucon, our sales team has not been in active talks with them in the 90 days before your introduction, and the introduction is in writing. A message from you on Telegram or WhatsApp counts. So does the client naming you when they come to us.

Your own company does not count. Neither does a company that shares ownership, billing details or corporate structure with you. There is no minimum spend for a client to count.

3. How a client gets tagged to you

A person on our team tags the client to you at onboarding, and you see the tag on your private page. There is no link and no cookie. If two partners introduce the same client, the first written introduction counts. A client we do not take on is not tagged. If a tag is in dispute, we look at the messages, show you what we found and decide.

4. What you earn

You earn 30% of the fees we collect from each client tagged to you, for as long as that client spends with us. There is no cap and no end date. That is what “for life” means on the Partners page. If a client pauses and comes back, the tag stays and your 30% starts again.

$200,000 spend × 3% example fee = $6,000 in fees. $6,000 × 30% = $1,800 for that month.

5. What counts as a fee

Two things count. The percentage fee a client pays us on each deposit, and the monthly price of a Fixed Plan. We count them once we have collected them. Nothing else counts, so that leaves out the ad spend itself, taxes, payment and exchange costs, and any other charge.

Before we work out your 30%, we take off any fee we gave back to that client that month and any voucher or credit we gave them that month. The fee on your statement is the figure after that.

If more comes off than the client paid that month, the line goes below zero and lowers your total. If a whole month ends below zero, the difference comes off the balance you have waiting, or off your next statement if nothing is waiting.

6. Statements and payment

We close each calendar month, check the numbers and put a statement on your private page, with one line per client. We pay within 30 days of the month closing, by bank transfer, in US dollars.

The minimum payment is $100. Below that, your balance rolls over to the next month, and it keeps rolling over until it reaches $100.

7. What we need before we pay

Before your first payment we need your bank details and tax documents, plus ownership details (UBO) if you are a company. Keep them current. Until we have them, your balance waits. Your taxes are yours to handle. If the law requires us to withhold tax, we withhold it and tell you the amount.

8. Your private page

You get a private page with your tagged clients, what they spent, the fees and your statements. Figures close when the month closes. What you see there about a client is for you, and it does not go to anyone else.

9. What gets you removed

We can remove you straight away for fraud or abuse, and any unpaid commission is then forfeited. That covers fake accounts, introducing yourself under another name, spam, promotion through prohibited channels, paying people to sign up, and using the Adtucon name in a misleading way.

It also covers promising a client what we do not promise. That means telling them an account cannot be banned, guaranteeing results, or claiming a status with a platform that we do not hold.

10. What a change cannot touch

We can change the Partner Program for future introductions, and we tell you in writing first.

A change cannot touch the clients already tagged to you. They stay at 30%, with the same meaning of fee, for as long as they spend, even if we close the Partner Program to new introductions. The only exception is a removal under article 9.

11. Leaving

You can leave whenever you want with a written message. We pay what you earned through the last full month before you left, on the normal schedule, even if it is under $100. From the day you leave, your tags end and nothing more builds up.

12. The rest

We do not guarantee any level of earnings. The Partner Program does not make you our employee or agent, and you do not speak for Adtucon.

These terms replace the Adtucon Referral Program terms of 23 May 2025 for introductions made from now on. Clients introduced before stay on what you signed up to.
