Nutra accounts fall, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. A lot of what brings them down is written on a policy page, though, in words you can search for. Send us the landing and two creatives and we read them with those pages open.

Meta calls the list exhaustive. A claim to cure, heal or eliminate any of these takes the ad out, even when a doctor says it on camera. Treating or managing symptoms is a different sentence, and Meta says so in the same line.
So the freelancer's "reverses type 2 diabetes" in paragraph four is the line to find tonight.

Three ads get disapproved on Friday night and the spend drops without a sound. On Meta those rejections feed a health score in the panel, with a level and the next thing to do on each ad account. You also hear it from a person.
Account health: a score for each ad account, and what to do on each one.

Monthly spend, first month to peak.
Client ad spend on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, without our own group companies and unattributed spend, to 31 October 2026.
On Meta, yes at 18+, with the effect and the time it took stated. On Snapchat, no weight loss supplements at all. TikTok's health policy doesn't name weight loss products, so we check your market, and Google looks at the ingredients. Tell us the product and the geo.
On Meta, for cosmetics at 18+. Weight loss ads can show the effect and the time it took, without pinching fat in close-up. Snapchat bans them for a person's weight loss. TikTok bans them for food supplements in many markets, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, South Africa and Turkey among them.
Yes, before you top up and at no charge. It's part of our Preflight. A person reads the landing and the creatives with the policy open and tells you what would get flagged. That's our reading, and the platform still decides.
They don't share a rulebook. Meta lets a supplement show its effect with a timeframe, and Snapchat won't take a weight loss supplement at all. One creative, two reviews.
Send us the notice. We read what Meta said and tell you straight whether we can work with you. A new account doesn't fix a policy problem, so if the offer caused the ban, the offer has to change first.
Bans happen and the platform decides. You hear it from a person, with what the platform told us. We read why it happened, fix what can be fixed and resubmit with you. If the account can't come back, you get a new one at no charge. Before you top up, ask us what happens to the budget on a banned account.
You hear what we'd flag before you top up.
