Crypto ad accounts for the licence your market wants today.
Google changed its crypto rules in July, in August and in October. A licence Google took in June can be the wrong paper today. Send yours with your markets and we read them against this month's pages, before your first top up.

1 July
One French registration, two answers.
On 30 June a French exchange could reach Google's certification with an AMF registration. On 1 July it couldn't. Google now wants a CASP authorisation under MiCA and won't take the registration any more. Open Meta's licence list today and that same AMF registration is still on it.
If your media plan was written in the spring, it may be leaning on a paper Google stopped taking.
Google stopped taking AMF registrations on 1 July 2026. Meta's list still shows them, checked 1 November 2026.

The same market can want two different papers.
Exchanges and wallets, in four big markets. For anywhere else, or any other product, ask.
| Market | Google wants | Meta wants |
|---|---|---|
| EU | CASP under MiCA | The national licence or registration on its list, country by country |
| UK | FCA registration | FCA authorisation |
| US | FinCEN MSB and state money transmitter registration, or a chartered bank | FinCEN MSB registration or a New York BitLicense |
| UAE | CMA, DFSA, FSRA or VARA | ADGM FSRA, the Central Bank, DFSA or VARA |
What we'll tell you not to top up for.
You'd rather hear it from us than from a rejected ad with money already in the account. These don't run on the platforms named, wherever you target.
- ICOs and token sales.Refused by Meta and Google.
- DeFi protocols and unhosted wallets.Refused by Google, with liquidity pools and unregulated dApps.
- Crypto loans.Refused by Google. Meta wants written permission.
- Comparison and affiliate sites.Refused by Google, broker reviews and trading signals included.
Questions from exchanges and affiliates.
Where the money sits and what is still spendable.
Which licences do you accept?
The platforms accept them, we don't. Google and Meta each publish a list by market and the lists differ. Send yours and we check it against both.
I am an affiliate. Can I run crypto offers?
On Meta you need the written permission too, because its policy names affiliate and aggregator sites. On Google, sites that compare crypto issuers or review brokers are refused. Say so in your first message, it changes the answer.
Can I run an ICO?
No. Meta and Google both refuse them, and Google's ban covers pre-sales and initial DEX offerings too.
Do NFTs need permission?
On Meta, no written permission for NFTs as such. On Google, games with NFT items can run. Games that let players stake NFTs for something of value can't, and neither can social casino games that pay out NFTs.
How do I pay you?
Bank transfer in EUR or USD, or USDT and USDC. You don't have to pay in crypto to advertise crypto. Paying in crypto adds an exchange fee, and you get that number with your rate. The details are on our payment page.
What does it cost?
Crypto sits in Complex, so on TikTok and Snapchat the fee is quoted once we've read the licence and the market. On Meta, Google, X and Bigo, your rate depends on vertical and volume. One message in chat gets you the number.
Tell us your markets and we'll name the paper each one wants.
You get our answer before your first top up.
