Is Adtucon Legit? Fees, Terms, Reviews and How to Verify Us

Adtucon is the trade name of Bhblasted S.r.l. Società Benefit, an Italian company at Via Boscofangone SNC, Zona ASI Lotto C8, 80035 Nola (NA), VAT IT08466861211. We ran that number through the European Commission's VIES lookup on 1 November 2026 and it came back valid, under the name BHBLASTED S.R.L. SOCIETA' BENEFIT at that Nola address. Run it yourself.

Depending on your country and how you pay, your contract is with Bhblasted or with Strion Inc, its wholly owned subsidiary. The sign-up form names the company before you accept anything. Our about page has the company details and the team.

On TikTok and Snapchat the fee is public. It's charged on each deposit, and it drops as your monthly volume grows.

If you'd rather pay flat, the Fixed Plan is $299 a month up to $10,000 of spend and $799 a month up to $30,000, per platform, with 0% on the spend. Above that you go back to the percentage. On Meta, Google, X and Bigo there's no public number, because your rate depends on vertical and volume, and one message in chat gets you the number.

You'll also see a bigger figure in the contract. The Terms allow a fee of up to 12% of the ad credit, and they let us revise rates with at least one month's notice. So before you pay, ask for your rate in dollars on your real deposit, and keep the answer.

These are strict Terms, and much of what you'll read in negative reviews sits around this part of the relationship. The lines people ask about most are these.

• Refunds. Advance payments, meaning your balance and our fee, are non-refundable unless the Terms say otherwise. We list the exceptions in what happens to your balance after a ban.
• Leaving. You can withdraw with one month's notice. Unused prepaid ad money is refunded if it's actually available and not blocked by third parties, and the fee stays with us.
• A breach. If your ads breach the Terms, we can stop the service and withhold your balance. Ads that don't comply with a platform's policies count as a breach.
• Disputes on the balance. You have three calendar days from any update of the balance to report a discrepancy.
• Where disputes go. Italian law, 30 days of negotiation, then mediation, then arbitration in Milan.

That list is a summary and the Terms are what binds. They're all we have in writing on refunds, so if you need something different, get it in writing before you pay.

Read them on Trustpilot. We're not quoting a score here, because it moves and you should see the live one with your own eyes.

You'll find happy clients and unhappy ones. The unhappy ones mostly write about refunds and balances, money they say was held for months or came back smaller than they expected. Some of those stories are hard to read, and this article isn't a substitute for reading them.

That accounts don't get banned. They do, on our accounts too. You hear it from a person, with what the platform told us. We read why it happened, fix what can be fixed and resubmit with you. If the account can't come back, you get a new one at no charge.

That your CPM will fall by a given percentage. We work on ad quality, signal, customer feedback and a clean history, and you judge the result on your own numbers.

That we hold partner badges from Google or TikTok. As of 1 November 2026 you won't find us in the Google or TikTok public directories. What we do have is a direct BIGO Ads agreement.

That Adtucon Certified comes from a platform. It's our own programme, with public checks, and no platform issues it.
